Oh joy, it’s an election year (that’s sarcasm, by the way)

2008 has begun, folks. That means another ten months of political election news before it returns to political policy news. I think it is a big bummer, because I don’t want to vote for any of those assholes. Why do we continue to elect people that affiliate themselves with a political party? Instead we should be voting for candidates dedicated to doing what’s good for the constituents of America, not what’s good for the Democratic or Republican party. This two party system allows one or the other to gain control of our legislative branch in periodic balance shifts when no one but a majority of United States citizens should have the power to influence that body. Oh yeah, and the fact that no constituent in this country directly elects the highest official in the land doesn’t make any one besides me severely agitated?

Happy Belated New Year

I hope you have kept your resolutions so far because we’re not even a week into the new year. I feel sorry for you if you’ve blown it already. Just make sure you try to have as much fun as you can on your way down to failure.

I’m going to try to stay caught up with this here thing as much as I can, considering I started school on January 2nd and am currently writing content on the side for a web design company. I play too much World of Warcraft, too.

This here hit comes as a bit of shock, although I am not sure why. This is rather sad and I am not sure whether there is any hope for all the good people in Pakistan, because I know there are some that live there.
